Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert
- Health Insurance Underwriting
As the Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert - Health Insurance
Underwriting, you will be a critical business contributor and work
with sales, marketing and product development. Working internally
as the leading knowledge expert you will have a key role in continually
developing and refining the company's strategy and new business initiatives.
Additionally, you will work in a customer facing role to support sales
to analyze customer business processes, communicate Fidelis' domain
expertise and map customer's business problems to our solutions.
Duties:
- Min 10 years in the health insurance industry in a senior level
position with in-depth knowledge of individual, small and large
group underwriting
- Keen understanding of underwriting technologies and business
processes
- Strategic and outwardly thinking with a strong business sense
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- An ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting
Requirements:
- Work with Sr. Mgt to develop product strategies/positioning
and new product development
- Support sales in client presentations and communications
- Develop white papers and case studies and assist in developing
sales collateral
- Stay informed with industry trends and communicate accordingly
Senior Sales Engineer Southeast - Northeast
- Midwest
We are looking for
professional, successful salespeople with direct, n-tier enterprise
application experience in the health industry. You will be responsible
for the direct sale of Fidelis Health Suite to Health Plan Providers
within the region. C level rolodex expected. You must have 5+ years
technical sales experience with at least 2-3 years within the Health
Plan industry. BS required, MS preferred Senior
Database Developer/Architect
We are looking for a senior database architect
to aid in the development of our next generation product. You must
have 5+ years experience with Data Warehousing Concepts, Data Modeling
(ERD, Tables, Views), SQL, Oracle, Sybase Power Builder, MS-Access,
Security & Permissions, and performance tuning. Additionally, you
must have very strong written, verbal, and people skills. BS required,
MS preferred. This is San Francisco/Bay Area position.
Senior SQA Engineer
We are looking for a Senior SQA enginer with
knowledge of software testing methodology, National and International
Standards in Software Quality Assurance and Testing, as well as
being a competent QA Analyst with extensive experience in automated
testing of healthcare or healthplan software systems. You must have
extensive test script experience with C/C++, as well as direct testing
experience with SQL and Oracle in n-tier, enterprise applications.
BS required, MS preferred. This is San Francisco/Bay Area position.
Inside Sales Developer
Fidelis Health, a dynamic, fast track software
developer of business intelligence tools for Health Plan Underwriters
is in need of a Senior Inside Sales Developer.
You will be responsible to generate outbound
sales calls to Mangers, Directors, Vice-President's, and C level
executives ascertaining internal decision makers and qualifying
potential business for Fidelis' enterprise application. In addition,
utilizing your health insurance underwriting experience, you will
support the sales team in pre and post sales analysis of client
workflow to maximize success in implementation of Fidelis Health
Suite.
You must have at least 3 + years experience
in underwriting, as well as experience in a sales or marketing support
role to health plan providers. A big plus is to have a functional
understanding of enterprise application architecture. You need to
be articulate, possess polished and professional presentation skills,
and be a quick learner. You must be adept with MS applications such
as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications such as GoldMine
and/or Act!, etc.
A big plus is a rolodex of current management
within the industry, preferably on a national level. Experience
demonstrating enterprise applications through WebEx is an asset.
